Should you be unable to attend your appointment we ask you to give a minimum of 24 hours notice. We understand that life can be unexpected but we are experiencing an increasing number of late cancellations and non attendance. This not only impacts on our income but decreases our ability to provide the high level of customer service we would like. We have likely held that appointment for you, turning people away or not being able to fit them in, sometimes for weeks.

Any cancellation or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will now incur a 50% charge if your full appointment price. If you fail to attend an appointment without notice, the full price for the appointment will be charged. These penalties must be paid before another appointment will be made for you.
